Caseus – the cheese from pasture to table
In Acqui Terme, Corso Bagni, from April 30th to May 1st it will be held the first edition of Caseus, gastronomic event dedicated to cheese and to the dairy world.
I love cheese so I’ll definitely be there. But what I like the most is to discover the excellences of small rural realities that I won’t probably find on a supermarket shelf.
Producers who come from different Italian regions, so to have an open eye on specific and different taste and to enjoy all the “good bacteria” of our country …. that’s what I expect from these events.
In addition, I have read on the Ancora journal that there will also be a photo exhibition to show the entire process of cheese production “From pasture to table” and in Corso Bagni will be set up a cheese-making workshop for children that will simulate the change of milk into cheese.
It will be fun …
