We offer 2 independent green self catering cottages, elegantly furnished and with all the comforts. They are available for groups of all sizes.
WI-FI is available for free.
The Wisteria cottage has:
- 2 double bedrooms;
- a large bathroom with walk-in shower (suitable also for disabled), hair dryer, washing machine;
- a large and bright kitchen well equipped with: electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, TV, small electric oven, kettle and a squeezer;
- a bright and large living room with comfortable sofa and a satellite 32″ TV.
- The heating is under-floor.

The Calendula cottage offers a special view on the vineyard and the “Monferrato hills” and features:
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed;
- 1 double bedroom;
- the dining room with 32″ satellite TV, a wood burning stove and a very comfortable double sofa bed;
- the large bathroom with walk-in shower. Hairdryer available;
- the kitchen very well equipped with electric cooker and oven, washing machine, TV, fridge and freezer, kettle, squeezer.
- The heating is entrusted to a biomass boiler that feeds the radiators.
Outside table and chairs in front of the vineyard and close to the swimming-pool.
There is a private drive to the cottages and you can unload your car easily. All accommodations is one level floor.
FACILITIES
In the beautiful fenced garden, of approximately 2.5 acres, guests will find:
- barbecue to cook out;
- swimming pool (12X4 m) with WI-FI and telescopic enclosure so to enjoy when outside it’s getting colder ;
- jogging path;
- minibocce (similar to “pétanque”);
- a room with wood-burning oven for fresh bread, pizzas and homemade cakes;
- a grove overlooking a terrace in the shade of large oaks;
At guests’ disposal are also (see Terms&Rate section):
- products that we grow organically such as fruits for all seasons, berries, nuts (tonda gentile), vegetables, herbs;
- we also offer a small collection of succulent plants;
- and for those who want to know the various properties of the herbs and wish to learn how to grow vegetables, we can provide valuable information;
- the natural products of the cooperative Agronatura;
- MTB upon request.
